This is an inspiring, challenging and rejuvenating fitness program combining cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, pilates, yoga and breath integration. Specific sessions for athletes, weight loss, muscle toning, core training, balance and flexibility training.

 In depth diet and nutritional analysis and profile. Recommendations for everyday maintenance for optimal energy and preventative health as well as specific plans for weight loss, anti-aging and detoxification.
